“Too bad five stars is the max, because I would give air care six stars! First of all, I called Stefanie last Tuesday at 2:30p to complain that the AC unit they had replaced 16 months earlier had completely quit again. Within only two hours, she was able to get a technician out to our house to look at it. Ryan came, and quickly concluded that when the compressor had been replaced, that technician had left power lugs on its contactor coil loose; the resulting arcing caused overheating and eventual failure of the contactor. Acknowledging it was their fault, he apologized and then refused to charge me for anything, including even the service call! I have used Air Care Professionals a few times now, and certainly will again, and I would encourage anyone who needs repair or installation to use them!👍🙏”
